Yoga in Life For a healthy body, mind, spirit Yoga In Life is located in a peaceful bush setting in Auckland's Titirangi and in the more urban suburb of Onehunga. Classes are based on the practices of a holistic system of yoga, firmly grounded in ancient yogic traditions. Currently, general and beginners classes are offered, where practices are staged so that practitioners can work at their own level in a non-competitive environment. From time to time workshops are offered on the deeper aspects of yoga. Individual and small group tuition is available along with personalised yoga programmes, based on yogic and exercise science principles to meet individual needs. Through yoga, people discover their own deep, intrinsic identity and so are able to find the peace and strength needed to live in a complex, ever-changing world. Yoga provides a system for managing all the aspects of our personality, from our health through to our sense of purpose and meaning.
