The Worker's Advocate is an employment advocacy company dedicated to protecting the rights of workers throughout New Zealand. We help employees navigate workplace issues including personal grievances, employment disputes, breaches of employment agreements, performance management, migrant exploitation, fixed-term agreements, bargaining and workplace representation. We aim to resolve employment problems efficiently while keeping advocacy services affordable and accessible.
