Our company is all about draughting residential drawings from scratch so that they can be submitted to council and then be built. We work alongside the builder's so that they can understand what has been drawn. As part of our business we fly our drone to take photos so that these photos can be inserted into drawings and used for Council. We take video's and photos of farms where farmers need to show that they have planted a certain amount of trees for carbon credits. We have worked on amendments on existing drawings from an architect. We work with the needs of the client. Chris Steele has a background as an engineer of 20 years experience in New Zealand and can draw using AutoCAD industrial parts for manufacture. He is also able to to use Revit which is a software package used to draw 3 dimensional residential houses. Chris Steele is registered as a DANZ member - Design Association of New Zealand and is listed on their website. Chris has studied for over six years the New Zealand building code via his studies with the Open Polytechnic towards a diploma in Architectural Construction.
