Retiro Park Lodge is set in a park on a 70 acre property nestled amongst the hills of Nelson's Teal Valley and its own boutique vineyard, olive and almond groves, lies this retreat, Bed and Breakfast and lodge all rolled into one. The wine growing areas of the Richmond Plains (half an hour drive), Moutere Hills (forty five minutes away) and Marlborough's Wairau Valley (just over an hour) are easily reached from Retiro Park Lodge. Nelson City with its bustling Restaurants, cafes and art galleries is only fifteen minutes away, as is our nearest beach, Cable Bay. At Cable Bay Beach it is possible to organize nature walks, fishing, kayaking and horseback riding and there is also a cafe.
