The Results Room is a results based gym where everyone of our members has the guidance of a personal trainer. Our personal training team believes in leading by example, and all maintain their own healthy lifestyles, including exercise, sports, and active family lives. We're different to other gyms in Wellington. We have a strictly limited membership, and don’t allow “walk in” or casual appointments. With a smaller membership base we can provide our clients with the private space, exclusive support and personalised attention needed to achieve their goals. We pride ourselves on no matter which personal trainer you see, all the trainers here will know your name, offer help where needed, and help keep those motivation levels up there.
