Here at Pilates By Design we specialize in Rehabilitation as well as Pilates for horse riders. Our modern boutique Pilates studio offers equipment sessions and mat classes are available in local suburbs. Carolyn Thompson opened the studio to meet the needs of those requiring holistic rehabilitation, general fitness and rider specific conditioning for the equestrian community. Classes and studio sessions are kept small to maintain a high level of attention and quality.
