New Beginnings Therapy is a professional Counselling and Therapy service operating from Birkdale and Remuera, Auckland. I service the North Shore and Central Auckland. If you can make it to either one of my locations then I can see you! I work with adults, adolescents, children, and couples. I have helped people work through depression, anxiety, bereavement, grief, self esteem, relationship issues. I specialise in helping people to find their true selves. Sometimes people just come to Counselling with a feeling that things just aren't quite right. I offer an environment of trust and allow my clients to explore their world and what has been going on for them. I then have a variety of tools and resources to help you to live a life which is more rewarding. I am a provisional member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. I offer reasonable fees and also will do a free phone consultation beforehand for you to ask any questions and to have a short discussion about what has been going on to see how I may be able to help.
