I have been helping people grow, evolve and feel better about their lives for over 25 years. My work is informed largely by transpersonal psychology and creative arts therapy and based in a holistic understanding of life. I work mainly with individuals committed to moving through their pain and confusion to meet the many challenges of modern day life with courage, confidence, resilience and heart. Specializations include grief and loss, men's issues, communication skills, existential issues, and how to thrive in a chaotic and quickly changing world. I consider my client's personal struggles in the context of family systems, childhood upbringing, and within the context of cultural and environmental systems that they have grown up in. I encourage understanding one's life from a holistic perspective. I integrate knowledge of transpersonal and eco-psychologies based in an understanding of our interconnection with all of life. I also work with creative arts therapies such as drama and movement therapy as deemed appropriate.
