JTC Education Consultants provides a range of professional development opportunities for schools and clusters . Our primary focus is literacy and learning, and specifically the language acquisition process. We aim to improve student learning outcomes by upskilling teachers and teacher aides in the use of the synthetic phonics approach to language development, through the use of Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar. We also offer early childhood educations centres {all staff} and parent groups the opportunity to develop their knowledge and understanding of this system. Our experience has shown that this approach can be extremely benificial to children at a very young age. We offer a range of seminars and professional development opportunities.
