Kay and Emmanuel originally from south of France arrived in Aotearoa in 2014 on a working holiday visa and found it very difficult to find a room to rent. They also noticed that as ” Flatmates” they did not sign a tenancy agreement nor had their bond formally receipt. Kay & Emmanuel met a very helpful lady who was helping other international people to find accommodation and after a couple of months Emmanuel had the idea of managing properties by the Room for rent auckland. They decided to create an agency that would work as intermediary person between tenants and landlords.
