Code is Directed by Haden Mills who is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute and holds a Bachelor of Planning(Hons) from the University of Auckland. Haden has over 10 years experience in planning in Auckland ranging from private consulting to being a senior planner, policy planner and a team leader at Auckland Council. We specialise in all aspects of urban and environmental planning including: Resource consent applications Notices of requirement and outline plans Plan changes and submissions Evidence for Council and Environment Court hearings Iwi and community consultation Plan and strategic policy advice and development Our Strengths We know council process inside out.
