About Body Shot Fitness

We provide professional boxing, martial arts and fight conditioning classes, all designed to give your body its best shot at fitness. Most exercise plans become a chore and people quit before getting the full benefits. Unlike the routine of cycling or running on the spot, our classes keep you challenged and constantly learning. Boxing and martial arts require strength, speed, endurance, concentration and heart. There is something about boxing that feels primal and brings out our natural instincts. You won't find many people who have laced up the gloves and not had a blast. We want to bring this experience to everyone who otherwise might not give it a shot.
