The key is finding the right person to pull the main ingredients together that can sell your property for optimum price. Buying tips The old saying “buying the worst house in the best street” is still a goodie. However, not always available when you’re ready to purchase. It is said, if you find 75% of what you’re looking for in a house it could be the one for you. A builders report on any property is always advisable and in my opinion more important than a valuation, legal advise is always encouraged.
