Hi! We are Aro Valley Music, a business teaching guitar and piano lessons in the Wellington region. We are both young and enthusiastic teachers with a wide variety of experience between us. Lessons are available in your home or in our home studio in Wellington. ABOUT THE TEACHERS Brooke Singer has been playing piano since the age of 5. She is now a 24 year old musician, songwriter and piano teacher. She has performed in indie pop band 'The O'Lovelys', folk group 'Ragamuffin Children' and is currently performing in 'French for Rabbits'. She also has experience teaching piano to a range of students. She teaches both classical and modern styles and encourages students to learn some theory also. Songwriting can also be incorporated into the lessons, as it is great for the brain, and enhances creativity! Brooke has a Bachelor of Music in Composition. He has a Bachelor of Music from the Christchurch Jazz School.He is great teacher and has taught guitar for past two years at Beggs Music centre in Christchurch. He teaches a variety of modern, jazz, rock and traditional guitar music to suit the student and is also able to teach theory. He currently plays in 'French for Rabbits' with Brooke.
