Have you heard about the proxy form? Well, if you’re an apartment owner in Auckland then you know about this particular form. As an apartment owner, you’re a part of the body corporate and you’re obligated to attend an Annual General Meeting. However, if in case you cannot attend the meeting you need to fill up the proxy form. The purpose of this form is to notify your body corporate that you are letting someone else to be your representative in the meeting. This will enable you to have your say in your AGM. Some of the things that are discussed in the meeting are matters about your apartment complex. It’s important that you have your own representative especially if you need to cast a vote.
