Anamaria Franco is an award winning makeup artist from Sao Paulo, Brazil. With an eye for fashion, Anamaria trained in makeup upon immigrating to New Zealand in 2004. Within a short time, she was working alongside some of the leading designers and photographers in the country. In 2006 her efforts were rewarded with the coveted L'Oreal Makeup Artist of the Year award. 2007 brought about a period of education in Ana's homeland, studying hair styling at the traditional hairdressing school Teruya in Sao Paulo. Since being back in Auckland, she has worked on projects ranging from print ads, TV commercials to highly conceptual fashion shoots. Anamaria Franco is passionate about her work and has built a reputation for light, natural and glowing makeup.
